Repairs & rebuilds
When something goes wrong, we fix it fast
When a pipe burst in my kitchen and flooded the kitchen and the room below it, DH1 saved the day! Not only did they do an amazing job rebuilding both rooms from scratch, they were extremely fast!

We found out that we had a major termite infestation in our office and had to rebuild from the ground up, including exterior support posts. Adrian and Dwain worked with us to help us find the most economical solution.

Bathrooms & renovations
Full renovations, handled start to finish
DH1 Construction has been the most knowledgeable, efficient contractors that I’ve worked with. I had a major leak in my house that required rebuilding several rooms, repairing plumbing and total demolition and rebuild of 2 main bathrooms.

Our house was on a slope, by the ocean and Vashon and required a lot of atypical work to complete. DH1 Construction showed up and just got it done. I have never worked with a more brilliant, thoughtful and dedicated team!

Craftsmanship & client care
The details, and the people, clients remember
As a real estate agent, I’ve had the opportunity to work with many construction companies, and DH1 truly stands out. Their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism are second to none.

Amazing craftsmanship! Great customer service! Creative design! DH1 Construction redid our entire floors and stairway before we sold our house and we were so thrilled with the process and the end results.
