Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs)
Whether it’s a detached backyard cottage or a conversion of existing space, we build ADUs for rental income, aging parents, or a home office that’s actually separate from the house. We can walk you through your city’s ADU permitting rules before you commit to a design.
Decking
We design and build decks in wood and low-maintenance composite materials, sized and framed for how you actually plan to use the space, from a small landing off the kitchen to a full outdoor living area.
Fencing
From privacy fencing to smaller garden and yard fencing, we build to last through Pacific Northwest weather, with attention to post depth and drainage that keeps a fence standing straight for years instead of one.
New Construction
For ground-up builds, from small structures to full custom homes, we manage the project from foundation to finish work, including coordinating the trades, inspections, and permitting a new build requires.
